Creative Crafts - People living in Hardship

With special thanks to funding from the Sir James Knott Trust, we are delighted to bring you this free four week creative crafts course, taking place at MBC Arts Wellbeing, with a free lunch included.

During this four week course, you will embark on four different creative activities including fused glass leaf making, ceramic plant heads, lino printing and mandala stone painting, as well as meeting guest speakers who are on hand to offer support. 

Starting on Tuesday 26th April 2022, workshops will also run on -

Tuesday 10th May

Tuesday 17th May

Where you will take part in a different activity each week and learn a new creative skill, as well as leaving the session with your own bespoke items.

A breakdown of the day is as follows -

12:30 - 1:30pm Free Lunch. 

1:30 - 2:30pm  Guest speaker.

2:30pm - 4:30pm Creative Activity.

This course will take place at MBC Arts Wellbeing, 31 Norfolk Street, Sunniside, Sunderland, SR1 1EE.

31 Norfolk Street is a listed building, therefore we are unable to offer disabled access.
