Mental Health Awareness Week 2021
Today kicks off mental health awareness week here in the UK and we want to encourage you to be kind to yourself both physically and mentally.
Wellbeing is in our name, it’s who we are and what we believe in. That’s why we incorporate wellbeing into everything we do. We believe everybody deserves kindness, love and acceptance, so that is why we want you to pay extra attention to your mental wellbeing now more than ever.
Throughout the week we’re going to be sharing blogposts from the team at MBC Arts Wellbeing which are related to mental wellbeing so keep an eye out for these.
If you would like to the opportunity to write a blogpost for us and share your story with everyone, we’d love to hear from you. If you wish to remain anonymous that’s fine too, we won’t include your name in it.
Writing really is an amazing way to express yourself and is a great way to articulate your thoughts and feelings when you struggle to say the words.
